BOS Transport is not to be held accountable for any requests concerning drayage or pick up orders by means of e-mail, unless the operator receives a confirmation stating that BOS Transport has accepted your request from our customer service team. Please note that all emails with request need to be sent to container@bostransport.net. If your order is sent to other emails, BOS Transport will not be held accountable. Please note all empties and loaded pick up request are to be informed via email to confirm acknowledged. Customer is responsible of letting us know container is ready to pick up and return to terminal. Pick up is to advised to us by 12pm and last pick up time is 2pm. Per diem due to not informing us will be your responsibility.
